In total, the files are 104MB, (zipped) and contain the 2 hour training video and the 117 page ebook. Yes, it's a a BIG file. It will take about 60 minutes to download (on highspeed) and while I know this is a long time, it's still shorter than having to wait for it in the mail! If you are using dial-up access, you're much better off purchasing a hard copy. Trust me, it will just take WAY too long, and you run the risk of being disconnected.

So, once you order, you can start downloading, go watch some TV, and return to get started. You will receive detailed instruction in your confirmation email on how to download and run the program.
